Setup Guide Lines - By Ron Buck

This is not a cook book some experience is needed.

Dimensions:

 1. engine – Put the engine as far forward as possible. Mine has the starter just slightly under deck.
It's far enough forward that I need to turn the rear isolator rubbers around so I can slide engine with mounts in place without studs interfering and then hook front mounts then put allan screws in place in rear mounts. I use T-bar at stuffing tube and radio box mounted against T-bar with small pieces of rubber between t-bar and radio box. I put 4 rubber feet on bottom of radio box to keep it from rubbing holes through hull bottom.

 2. strut – Strut depth (starting point) 1-1/8 to 1-1/4 ,I’m at 1 right now.

 3. rudder – The extension depends on what rudder you use. Keep the overall dimension legal.

 5. turn fin – The sharpened edge should be even with outer edge of sponsions.

 8. Adjustments - Try my speed pads. Easy to make (pictures below).
